Test Report

Buggies tested

Buggies are light and easy to handle, but children often ride uncomfortably in them. Some models fail due to harmful substances. Fortunately, there are also recommendations. When children are sitting upright on their own, they can switch from the pushchair to the buggy. Stiftung Warentest regularly tests buggies and always finds good models in which children ride comfortably and safely. However, the tests also make it clear time and again that many models are not designed with children in mind. In some, children only ride comfortably up to the age of one and a half. A high price alone says nothing about the quality. The test winners of the latest studies cost between 250 and 600 euros. We also found harmful substances in expensive models. So it's worth comparing!
