I would like to replace the existing telephone connections in our house with RJ45 sockets/cables. Unfortunately, the existing pipes only have an internal diameter of approx. 14mm. In order to be able to lay the cabling as star-shaped as possible, I would have to be able to pull 2, if possible even 3, network cables through one pipe. Can you recommend a Cat.6a or Cat.7 cable that is as thin as possible? Are there installation cables with a maximum diameter of 6mm? This information is missing from the product description at digitec. :-( Thank you very much!

Hello I am looking for a socket strip which has a T15 plug on the input side and 3 T13 sockets on the output side, each with one of the 3 phases. Is there anything like this on the market? Alternatively, it could also be a 3-way strip that can be screwed on so that I can convert it to 3-phase operation myself. Who can help?

Hello everyone! Has anyone ever had any experience with the company SG Elektronik AG in St. Gallen (evisto.ch)? Digitec/Galaxus occasionally sells products on behalf of this company at quite attractive prices. Given the low prices, I wonder which lorry these products have fallen off. The website doesn't really make a good impression. I could be wrong of course, but trust is good, control is better. I'd be interested to hear what you think of the shop! Merci and regards

Hello everyone I would like to replace my Automower with the cumbersome perimeter wire. Unfortunately, the charging station would have to be under the canopy, as otherwise I wouldn't have any electricity available. Which robot has no problems with this? 600m2 would be enough without any problems. The robot must also be able to cope with the fact that there is a fence on one side of the garden and edging stones on the other. The Navimow would probably have problems with the canopy and no view of the sky? The Mammotion Mini and Mova are probably the only ones? I'm open to tips:-)

My robot hoover has been having problems for about 2 months now, it can no longer get home by itself. I requested a repair service and sent my product to Galaxus. After 2 weeks the product comes back, but again it does not work, plus it had another problem, the camera did not work. I send the product back, it comes back after 1 week, exact same problem. They hadn't solved anything! I contact customer service and they tell me they will refund the product. On 27.03 I send the product to support, it arrives the next day but no refund. The case is closed. I contact them for explanations and they tell me that they cannot find the product, that it probably arrived in the wrong place. Later they open a new case on 04.04 but again no refund. On 07.04.04 they received the product (after a good 12 days that it had been sent) but still no refund. I have contacted them several times and they always tell me that the refund will come within days, but unfortunately still nothing. Today 14.04 I contacted them again, but they tell me that I have to be patient, still no refund and they can't do anything, and they closed the conversation in my face: This is unacceptable, very bad customer service!

I would be interested in a new payment option with which you can also pay in instalments, there are many different possibilities. I personally like the solution of InterDiscount and MediaMarkt, they use a "PayCard" that works similar to a credit card, just with less interest. What is the situation here at Digitec, is something like this planned or could we talk about it?

What does delayed delivery mean? The product was in stock and was described as being delivered the next day. Been waiting for a week. Even Amazon was quicker to receive after 3 days from DE. Also China was faster after 5days received.

Under "Battery charger" you have the filter "Battery type" (*) with Li-Ion, LiFePo, NiCd, etc.. This is important because different battery chemistries have different charging behaviour and these can be measured differently and require different chips/firmware for measuring and charging. If these do not match (and the charger usually does not notice this), it can damage the battery in the long term. This is why this filter is also needed for the batteries themselves (category "Batteries + rechargeable batteries"). * By the way, the "battery" is superfluous here, batteries are not rechargeable

Hello everyone. Wanted to ask which DDR5 ram kits are you using? Which ones are running pretty stable? What chipset temperatures do you have? When my chipset temperature reaches 80 degrees (in summer up to 85 degrees) with 3 SSD's installed, the keyboard goes crazy or slightly delayed in gaming. Do you also have very high chipset temperatures? I measured 80 degrees and ASUS told me to send the board back if there is no improvement. However, I am convinced that the RAM is causing the problem. When I switch on D.O.C.P and I have to use a lot of keys while gaming, the keyboard goes completely crazy. Since I know that the chipset controls the hardware information and the 80 degrees, it could also be due to this. But I'm not sure if that's the case. Could it be that XMP(D.O.C.P) is not suitable for AMD? Because mine are 5600 mt/s 2x16 GB plugged into the right slot and I use the 9800x3D as CPU. The specifications also state that 5600 mt/s is supported. I have also read in the Asus forums that some Asus boards have problems with the chipset temperatures. Some have everything fully equipped and very low temperatures while another has only 3 out of 5 installed and had reached over 90 degrees. Do you only have to install an M.2 SSD to bring the chipset temperatures to stable values or is this a production error?

I have a Sandisk brand microSDXC memory card, when I copy files to it, it starts at a fast 80 MB/s., and then always slows down to 0 MB/s after about 1 minute...does anyone have a recommendation for a microSDXC card with at least 128 GB storage capacity that does not have such sudden drops in performance? Dear Community, dear Galaxus team I would like to bring up for discussion a repeated incident in connection with parcel delivery by PLANZER - in the hope that I am not the only one who has had such experiences and that Galaxus takes its customers' feedback seriously. Yesterday evening, after dark, a parcel with damaged packaging was left directly on my freely accessible driveway without any notification and without ringing the bell. I only discovered the delivery by chance because I was walking the dog outside late at night. If that hadn't happened, the parcel would have been left there overnight - with the risk of moisture damage or theft. For me, this approach is not only unprofessional, but also simply unacceptable - especially as it is not the first incident of this kind. Especially in times when trust and reliability are crucial in online retail, the question arises for me: Is PLANZER really a good choice as a delivery service for Galaxus and its customers? I would be delighted to receive feedback from the Community: Have you had similar experiences? And to the Galaxus team: How is such feedback dealt with internally - and are there any efforts to reconsider the cooperation with certain delivery services in case of repeated problems? Dear Community I would like to start a discussion after another frustration with Planzer. Unfortunately, I've already had many times that Planzer parcels could not be delivered on the intended day and I felt lost on the phone with customer service. I assume that some orders have also experienced this... If I could choose, I would always prefer Post, but with my last order I had no such option. Was that my fault and I overlooked it, or did I have no choice at all? What are your experiences? Planzer Paket has a 1.9 rating on Google. Many customers are not so happy... A lot of them, actually. What is Galaxus' view on this extremely poor customer rating? Unhappy customers are also bad for Galaxus, aren't they? Best wishes to all Manuel

Since the beginning of May 2026, Bose has discontinued the cloud services of the app and speaker. This means that the system, which came onto the market 13 years ago, can still be used via Bluetooth, Spotify and the like, but is greatly reduced in comparison to its previous use. Unfortunately, Bose doesn't seem to offer a successor product, even though the Soundtouch speakers made really great sound, and I can't support the switch to Sonos because of the software problems. So what next? After all, we have 8 speakers and an integration into the home cinema, which still work perfectly. In addition to the financial "damage" and the time and effort required to replace them, I find the sustainability strategy of large corporations and now especially Bose really questionable, even reprehensible. At least you used to be able to listen to the radio synchronised in several rooms via FM, which was also destroyed with DAB. I'm really at a crossroads right now and can't see a satisfactory solution. I would love to read your thoughts or ideas, thank you.

Hello together I need one (or more) decent monitors for my gaming PC. However, I also need the same monitors for work. I currently use 2x 27" WQHD monitors with 170hz, G-Sync and HDR400. https://www.digitec.ch/de... Important.... I work (software development and application management) about 50 hours a week and game about 10 hours.... So if the monitor isn't good in terms of text clarity or straining the eyes, it probably won't be an option for me. My gaming PC can play everything on the market.... RTX5090 / 9950X3D / 64GB CL32 6400 RAM Thanks for any tips. QDOLED, WOLED, MiniLED, Tamden OLED are all terms I'm familiar with... I'm currently leaning towards the following monitor (not yet arrived in Switzerland) MPG 341CQR QD-OLED X36.... It seems to have a new subpixel layout, which should solve the text problem.
