I have a standing desk where the tabletop is only 80cm deep. This means that the screen is almost too close for my taste. For this reason, I am looking for a monitor arm with which it is possible to position the screen further back than the desk top - I hope you understand what I mean. I would prefer to have a distance of 90cm instead of 80cm and ideally there should be two screens.
Anyone have a screen mount recommendation?
Thank you
Hello everyone, for us the melody is also important because we find some of them even more beautiful. It would therefore be great if there was 1 video for each product. Please consider whether this can be included, as we are asked for it for almost every music box.
Then it is tedious to always listen to YouTube to hear how it sounds.
These EU plugs are a bit of a bad idea. There are even models where it is not explicitly labelled. That's confusing. It should actually go without saying that appliances in Switzerland should be sold with Swiss plugs!
Hello, I am looking for a good dehumidifier with: Room size from 30m2, suitable for continuous operation, consumption not over 400W, no network capability required, built-in condensate pump,

No browser currently allows me to access https://mobile.galaxus.ch/ because your certificate has expired. I need access urgently. Will the problem be solved soon?
The delivery date of my order has been delayed. Now the product is late for me. I am trying to cancel the order. How can I make sure, that I get my money back?
Hello together
I suggest to Digitec that for products shipped via Planzer Paket, an estimated delivery time of 1 - 7 days, or "sometime when it fits" is generally displayed instead of the usual "next day". This would improve communication considerably. It would be easier to decide and the expectations would be more in line with reality. Can something like this be implemented? What do you think?
Kind regards
Tobias
What are the opening hours of the chat support? In my experience, it is available rather sporadically. The chat is by far my favourite contact option :)
Seeking Recommendations: Wi-Fi 7 AP + Multi-Gig Switch (2.5GbE/24-port)
Hello everyone, I’m planning a network upgrade and looking for a good combo of a Wi-Fi 7 access point with 6 GHz support and 4×4 radio configuration plus a 24-port switch with 2.5 GbE.
Hello everyone, I am looking for a dehumidifier that I can use in the car. Is there a decent model that can be operated via USB or cigarette lighter? I haven't found anything so far. It would be great if someone could give me a tip.
Why are the belts that serve as a drive listed under Steering / Accessories?
Why is the all-important feature of Gates CDX timing belts, "number of teeth" or, as in the case of chains, "links", not included in the title? Without this information, a search is impossible.
Hello,
I have a wingo router and behind it an opnsense firewall and I would like to have wifi on my lan I'm a bit lost with router, extera access point prove you can't help.
Do you also have problems with data connections abroad?
My 5 family members, all with different devices, report this problem again and again.
Also in different countries: Germany, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Austria...
The mobile phone is registered in the network, but rarely establishes a data connection.
For example:
Croatia, Huawei P Smart Plus only works on Telemach network, Samsung A40 only on Tmobile network.

Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions".
1. i did not provide any details
2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung
This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable.
Best regards, SF
I wanted to order a "smart plug", i.e. an intermediate plug whose consumption I can read on my mobile, but as expected, you have to register with the manufacturer with an account for every device I have looked at so far in order to use the respective app. An absolute no-go.
Is there even such a device that works without data theft?
(Why not a non-smart plug with an integrated display? Because 1. the sockets are rarely accessible without enormous effort. 2. because usually only the current consumption can be read. I already have one. Never used it).
Dear Galaxus Team
I'm a big fan of your online shop.
However, there is one thing that sometimes makes my shopping more difficult: I tend to make bulk orders to avoid having to pay shipping for every little thing.
One problem I often encounter is that I can't synchronise my shopping trolleys on Galaxus and Digitec. Although I can see my shopping history on Galaxus, I don't have access to my shopping trolley from Digitec. This means that every time I have collected items on both platforms, I have to manually transfer them from the Digitec cart to Galaxus.
Therefore, I miss the ability to see my watch lists on both platforms. I prefer Digitec for searching for technology products, as everything is clearer there and fits the topic better.
It would be great if there was a way to access my watch lists and my cart from Digitec on Galaxus.
Hello dear book lovers and gardening enthusiasts!
I want to get more serious about my vegetable garden this year and be more strategic about the timing of planting different vegetables. My current approach is pretty haphazard - I plant things whenever I feel like it and then wonder why some thrive while others fail miserably!
I'm specifically looking for recommendations for books with:
- Seasonal planting calendars (when to plant what)
- Year-round vegetable growing guides
- Books with clear visual calendars or diagrams that show planting windows
I found options like https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s18/product/12-monate-gemuese-ernten-deutsch-vogt-tini-2022-ratgeber-18764555 and https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s18/product/gemuesegaertnern-super-einfach-deutsch-jean-michel-groult-2019-ratgeber-15905798
But I would love to hear personal experiences. Which books have you actually found useful and keep referring back to?
Thanks in advance for any recommendations! I'm hoping to finally get more organised and stop planting my tomatoes too late and my lettuce too early!
