Mephisto FERNIO is an elegant shoe made of suede. It has Mephisto's XL extra light sole that is 100% natural rubber and is so light that you will hardly be able to tell that you have these shoes on your feet. It is fully leather lined with a leather insole that does come out if you need it to. The shoes also benefit from Mephisto's Air Jet system that helps to circulate air around your feet as you walk keeping them cool. They have a latex layer within the sole unti as well as a shock absorbing airbag that together will give you extra comfort when walking and also reduce the jarring you get on your joints when walking.
