Contains isolated whey protein with over 90% protein and an extremely low fat and lactose content. It has the highest possible biological value among all known proteins and a high proportion of essential and non-essential amino acids. Impact Whey Protein provides large amounts of concentrated whey protein sourced from vegetarian sweet whey, directly obtained from the leading whey protein manufacturers in the world. The production of Impact Whey Isolate employs a process called cross-flow microfiltration. In this delicate process, the protein is separated from fat, cholesterol, and lactose based on the size and weight of the molecules using filters. Impact Whey Isolate delivers over 90 g of protein per 100 g (dry basis), is low in fat and lactose, and is rich in calcium. The production methods ensure that the biological activity of the whey protein is preserved.
Protein fractions: 47% Beta-Lactoglobulin, 17% Alpha-Lactalbumin, 1.5% Bovine Serum Albumin, 2% Immunoglobulin G, 0.5% Lactoferrin, 27% Glycomacropeptide. Add 150-250 ml (350-400 ml for the flavors Blackcurrant, Apple & Raspberry, as well as Orange and Passionfruit) of water or milk to the shaker (the less liquid, the thicker the shake). Then add one heaping large MP measuring scoop (25 g) of the formula, shake, and enjoy. Take two to three times daily or as needed. 1 level MP plastic measuring scoop (large) equals 25 g.
