Baking and rolling mat made of fiberglass fabric with silicone and PTFE. One side adheres to the countertop, while the other has a coating that allows cookies to easily release after baking. Roll out the dough directly on the mat, cut out cookies, remove the dough between the cookies, and place the mat directly on the baking sheet. Temperature resistant from 50 to 250 °C.
