The Proclear Multifocal Toric are soft monthly contact lenses from Coopervision. They are made from Omafilcon A with a water content of 59% and are designed to simultaneously correct astigmatism (corneal curvature) and presbyopia (age-related vision loss). While astigmatism can occur at any age, presbyopia is caused by a decreasing flexibility of the eye's lens and typically becomes noticeable from the age of 40 to 50. People affected by both types of vision impairment not only see distant objects clearly but also find nearby objects appear blurred or distorted.

Excellent wearing comfort
The Proclear Multifocal Toric contain the bionic substance phosphorylcholine, which is completely biocompatible and is frequently used in medicine. Due to the special properties of the biocompatible material, the lenses are very well tolerated and do not cause a foreign body sensation. A special manufacturing process bonds water molecules with the lens material, creating a natural resistance to drying out. As a result, the contact lenses are very comfortable to wear and remain moist and hydrated even during extended wear.

Dirt-resistant and easy to handle
Proclear Multifocal Toric can be worn during the day and are easy to clean, as dirt particles and proteins hardly accumulate on the non-ionic lens surface. The monthly lenses only need to be replaced every 30 days.
