This sprouting jar has a capacity of 750 ml. It features a fine mesh strainer made of nickel-free stainless steel and a screw cap made of anodized aluminum. The draining rack is made of stainless steel. All parts are dishwasher safe. With this sprouting jar system, you can effortlessly and hygienically grow sprouts without soil. The angled position of the sprouting jars ensures the continuous freshness of the sprouts, as water can drain to avoid waterlogging and air can circulate. The seeds are soaked, rinsed, and grown until harvest in the sprouting jar. Please note that this sprouting jar is not suitable for mucilaginous seeds. Mucilaginous seeds include cress, arugula, mustard, chia, and flaxseed, which require a "resting ground." For these, cress sieves are suitable.
