Its robust, reliable, and modified dome design meets the demands of long trekking trips by providing ample interior space (including an extension for taller individuals) and excellent weather protection, wind stability, and ventilation at a low weight. The tent features a ripstop nylon rainfly with a waterproof rating of 5,000 mm. The ventilation system includes two side vents to regulate fresh air intake. The Sierra Trek II has a spacious vestibule for cooking and storing gear, as well as two entrances for added comfort inside the tent. Additional features include lightweight and stable, quickly assembled 7001 T6 aluminum poles.
