In developing these pants, we drew inspiration from the main peak of the Ortler group, the highest point in South Tyrol. The Ortles Durastretch Pants for men are your ideal companion for high alpine mountain tours.

Their Schoeller® Naturetec softshell made from recycled polyamide and merino wool offers good weather protection while still allowing for dynamic air exchange and ensuring comfortable freedom of movement, while the strategic Durastretch ripstop inserts provide additional durability. The Ortles Durastretch Pants guarantee good ventilation options and feature zippered pockets for securely storing important items. The two large side zippers can be opened for additional ventilation. The elastic lower leg gusset with zipper allows for a snug fit over mountain boots of varying volumes. Robust anti-cut kick patches at the lower inner leg provide excellent crampon protection.

These PFC-free softshell pants are one of our Salewa Committed models. They are made from recycled polyamide and natural merino wool and are equipped with a PFC-free DWR (durable water repellent) coating.

A comfortable alpine pant for tours where breathability is more important than waterproofness.
