Ledlenser KIDLED4R Headlamp

The rechargeable headlamp Kidled4R has been specially designed for children aged 6 and up. Whether for reading, on the way to school, during night hikes, as a colorful signal light, or as a light toy: this versatile, battery-operated lamp impresses with numerous child-friendly features and details. The normal white light can be adjusted to three brightness levels using the first switch. The second switch allows you to choose between red and blue light, which can also blink, and even alternate between both colors if desired.

The elastic, removable headband is washable and designed for safety, automatically opening under pressure. The built-in lithium-ion battery with 3.7 V (capacity: 280 mAh) can be recharged within an hour using the included USB cable. A battery status indicator shows when the battery is fully charged. The LED reaches a maximum of 40 lumens (range: up to 9 m), with a frosted plastic cover reducing glare. In energy-saving mode with 5 lumens, the headlamp can run for up to 18 hours.

Including the battery, the lamp weighs only 25 g. The head diameter is 3.7 cm. The integrated metal clip provides attachment options without the headband, such as on school bags, backpacks, or clothing. The headlamp can be set to automatically turn off after 20 minutes.
