For optimal comfort, you should order the Run Cushion one size larger than usual. There should be 1 cm of space between your toes and the front of the shoe, as your feet swell while running. The sole has a height difference of 4 mm from the forefoot to the heel. The shoes should not be washed in a washing machine, as this can affect their technical and physical properties. There may be delamination, shrinking, or cracking of the upper material. If the shoes are heavily soiled, we recommend cleaning them with soapy water and a small synthetic brush. Under no circumstances should bleach be used! Rinse with clear water. The shoes should not be dried near a heat source.
