The result is a running sock that has been specially developed to offer optimum ventilation and blister protection on the way to your next best time. The functional fabric is lightweight, breathable and wicks away moisture quickly to keep your feet fresh and dry in warmer temperatures. A new, wider toe box with an ergonomic fit offers improved proprioception, allowing the toes to grip intuitively on landing and run with a natural, fluid stride. The ankle is given targeted support, while the soft padding in the toe area protects toes and toenails even during longer runs. The support in the metatarsal area promotes microcirculation and prevents the sock from slipping, thus avoiding painful blisters and skin irritation. At the Achilles tendon, two rows of 3D.dots provide protection and support. Another row with the brand new Flat.Dots provides additional ventilation. Underfoot, a pattern of 3D.Dots (75 %) and Flat.Dots (25 %) cushion the impact and provide extra grip and ventilation as well as a light micro-stimulation that promotes venous return and delays fatigue over time. The upper is lower than the trail and bike models and the fit and technologies have been developed specifically for the requirements of a runner.
