The 1905 series skillfully combines tradition and modernity through the reissue of the historic design. In 1905, Friedr. Dick developed a series of chef's knives with solid rivets that replaced the previously common ones. Both then and now, the series impresses with its unique appearance.

The 21 cm long blade is made of X55CrMoV14 steel and is designed for extreme sharpness, while the handle is made of plastic.

The balanced hardness of 56° HRC is the ideal compromise for perfect edge retention and easy re-sharpening.
