The volume at the other end depends on the microphone when using the handset. The holes in front of the microphone may be clogged. These can be cleared of dirt with a needle. As an alternative to the internal microphone, you can also use a Bluetooth speaker with microphone, Bluetooth headset or the smartphone. This would certainly be helpful for testing the volume at the other end so that it can be ruled out that it is the other end. I myself use the phone in most cases with a conference speaker (Jabra Speak 710) connected via Bluetooth. This allows me to make calls hands-free and without "head strain".
Bluetooth headsets work perfectly. We use the Plantronics Savi Go WH100/B, for example. However, it does not have a separate headset connection.

I think only 5 mobiltel can be connected per gigaset. The mobiltel can only be connected to one Gigaset station. The gigasets function as independent central units. Then I would connect the mobil tel to the master and use the 2nd gigaset as a fixtel. Greetings Stefan

Yes, it works. The charging cradle is also much more compact than earlier models. (I specially put an unopened S850HX into operation on a DX800A to answer this question).
You cannot do this on the device itself. If you are a Swisscom customer, you can change the music on hold in the Customer Centre.
The Gigaset DX800A has an integrated Dect base station. You can register Dect handsets directly.

What does interconnect mean? As an IP phone, it can be connected to a network via LAN. Then it depends on what kind of router is working in the network. In my case it is a Fritzbox. I can configure several phones there and I can then make internal calls from one phone to the other. I only have a DX800a. But when I log on to my network with my iPhone via WLAN or externally via VPN, I also have two phones in the network. So if interconnecting means that one phone can call the other internally, then that works. Whether both phones ring when a call is made depends on whether both phones are registered for the same external number.

This may be due to a change in the type of telephone line, normal or via ADSL. The connection may be different. This should be explained in the operating instructions.
It is not known - at least the instructions say nothing about it. However, it depends on the configuration of the telephone network whether there are possibilities. With (old) analogue telephone connections or ISDN there is probably no possibility. With VoIP, you can use a router to which DECT telephones can be connected. Or you can connect an appropriate box (e.g. Fritz!Box) to the network - but then you might need another provider to make the telephony available. With a second IP connection (from the SIP provider) you can also serve a second number, then you have two separate networks, each with its own telephone number. Professional telephone systems can of course serve more "mobiles", but that would be a new price category.

Yes, it should work, or it did work for me last week... My configuration on the DX800A is: Login name: xxx@bluewin.ch Login-Password: E-Mail Password (Not the PW from Swisscom Login /Web Mail ! ) POP3 server: pop.bluewin.ch POP3 server port: 110
Mine do not know. Would not be allowed by law, therefore certainly not with the standard firmware. Perhaps it would be better to look for a model with open source software/firmware.

I don't think so. You can assume that the product would still cost 275.- with or without the voucher and that the "voucher" would be free. This was 25.- call credit at sipcall.ch for a new registration if you had previously bought a product here at Digitec. However, the info seems to be missing on the product page. It's quite possible that the offer is over and this hasn't been corrected yet. It is best to contact customer service for more detailed information.
