Space-saving day bed for one
While folded up, models such as «Bebop» have comfy armrests. If you fancy a lie-down, all you need to do is release one side arm and use the other as a pillow. For a night’s sleep, fold down both arm rests and you have a comfortable bed.
The advantage of this type of sofa bed that extends sideways is that the depth remains the same, making it especially suitable for small rooms.
In a nutshell
- suitable for a lie-down and a full night’s sleep
- sleeps one person (width of 75 cm)
- flexible arm rests (can be released sideways)
- only requires extra space on the sides

Flexible futons for two by Karup
Models such as «Roots», «Shin» or «Fresh» come without arm rests but with a backrest, making it easy to convert them into a bed. Just release the backrest, unfold the futon and you have a comfortable bed for two.
In a nutshell
- suitable for several nights
- sleeps two persons (width of 140 cm)
- flexible backrest (can be released to the back)
- mattress can be unfolded
- takes up three times as much space when folded down

Additional accessories for bed sofas
Moltons are a great way to protect the surface of your sofa bed. Even if it's used as a bed frequently, placing a molton in between the sheet and the sofa will reduce signs of wear and tear.
