It’s never been this easy: reselling on Digitec and Galaxus

Digitec and Galaxus doesn’t just have new products, but secondhand ones, too. And reselling items just got easier. With a prepaid label and the «Home pickup by Swiss Post» option, the Swiss online retailer just made shipping really simple. What’s more, a parcel insert with a QR code ensures speedy payment processing.
Since 2017, Digitec and Galaxus have also been resale platforms – a place where customers can resell products they purchased from the online retailer. Products from private resellers are labelled «Used» in the shop.
Reselling previously loved items on Galaxus and Digitec is quick and easy. All you need to do is specify your product’s condition, set the price and you’re good to go. Resellers benefit from both shops’ reach and don’t have to stress about payment processing.
Payment and shipping more convenient
To date, you had to take care of shipment yourself if you wanted to sell a secondhand article. Now, resellers can now use a prepaid, pre-written label, making shipment much easier.
Sellers of used items can also choose to have their parcel collected from their home by Swiss Post at favourable conditions. The service costs CHF 3.50 and is automatically deducted from the sales proceeds together with the shipping fee. If you want to know where your parcel is, you can track it in your Galaxus or Digitec customer account.
We also provide resellers with a pre-written greeting message printed on a parcel insert. The advantage? The buyer can scan the QR code on the insert, confirm the receipt and condition of the item. After this, the reseller receives the respective proceeds.
