Beauty darling of the month: the womaniser of lip care products

We currently have over 50,000 beauty products in our range. And numbers are rising. So a little help in finding those true gems won’t do any harm. My recommendation of the month: Orgasm Afterglow Lip Balm.
I don't do half measures. This also applies to my lip products. They either knock me off my feet with extraordinary colour intensity and earn themselves the respectable title of «lipstick» or they’re filed under the category lip care. There is nothing in between. Allow me to correct that: there WAS nothing in between. Until I discovered the Nars «Orgasm Afterglow Lip Balm». Although said balm calls itself lip care, it’s much more than that to me.

The name says it all
The elephant in the room is the name of my new darling. Not exactly what I’d call conservative. But let’s get back to that later. First, I’d like to rewind 1999, the year a blusher* of the same name hit the market. Die-hard beauty fans will remember the blusher classic by Nars. This product is loved by all because it suits pretty much anyone – regardless of your skin tone. So if a colour called «Orgasm» is providing so much pleasure (pun intended), why not launch other beauty products in the same shade? And that's exactly what the brand did – which brings us back to my beloved Afterglow Lip Balm.
*Currently sold out but will be available again soon.

Easy-care
The lip balm has a peach tone with a hint of pink and a fine golden shimmer. Its nourishing texture makes my lips very soft and gives them a touch of colour. To my surprise, the balm doesn’t make my lips look underdressed – not even in combination with full-face make-up. This product is my current favourite for my lips because it makes me look groomed and fresh with very little effort.

As a massive Disney fan, I see the world through rose-tinted glasses. I worship series from the 90s and consider mermaids a religion. When I’m not dancing in glitter rain, I’m either hanging out at pyjama parties or sitting at my make-up table. P.S. I love you, bacon, garlic and onions.
