The North Face × Skims flew off the shelves in a flash. But worry not, the following nine snow-ready items in neutral earth tones look just like they’re part of the limited-edition collection.
When two viral brands like The North Face and Skims join forces, hype’s inevitable. So it’s hardly surprising that the recently launched collaboration between the outdoor company and Kim Kardashian’s clothing brand was completely sold out after just a few hours.

The limited winter collection, inspired by skiing gear, comprises 14 pieces in four different muted earth tones typical of Skims. The line-up includes new silhouettes, such as figure-hugging functional underwear and fitted ski suits, as well as reinterpreted retro models from The North Face archive such as the Nuptse puffer jacket and the Denali fleece jacket.

But how functional are these items? According to David Whetstone, Director of Collaborations and Energy at The North Face, innovation and functionality always come first. «With Skims, we maintained best in class constructions and materials,» Whetstone explains in the press release.
After all, Kim Kardashian is no newcomer to snow sports. «I’ve spent a lot of time on the slopes, so I was definitely inspired when we were developing this collection,» says 44-year-old Kardashian, adding that she’s already looking forward to wearing the pieces on her next trip.
