The specially arranged studs are one millimeter higher on the heel than on the forefoot. This not only improves the grip when going downhill, it also supports ergonomic rolling. The PU midsole absorbs shocks, especially in the heel and toe area. The anatomical tongue construction hugs the foot for comfort and an optimal fit throughout the day. For the upper material, DACHSTEIN uses the robust and technical Perwanger suede from Italy. A Liba smart toe guard also protects against abrasion. DACHSTEIN also equips the shoe with the waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX membrane for weather changes or small detours through the mountain stream.
