If you're a new customer and would like to pay by invoice, you need to pass an external credit check before this payment option is activated. As soon as we have collected enough positive payment experiences with you, we will assess your creditworthiness with our own data. This payment option is only available in our online shop. Invoices are sent by e-mail and are accessible via your customer account.

Please note that your credit card will be charged even if the ordered item is not yet deliverable at the time when you place your order. If an order is cancelled, the total amount is refunded to your credit card or to your customer account.

Pay for your purchase with your TWINT account via the mobile app.
Advance payment
Pay for your purchase by transferring to the bank account details we send to you by e-mail. The goods are reserved or ordered when you place the order and shipped as soon as your payment arrives. Items delivered from a third party warehouse are only ordered after receipt of payment. You have 12 days to pay.
