Information about the silver Roger Federer - 20 gRoger Federer was born on 8 August 1981 in Basel and decided to leave school at the age of 16 in favour of a career in tennis. He made his debut on the ATP Tour in 1998 and has since won more than 100 singles and doubles titles. He is one of the few players to have won all four Grand Slam titles (Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon and US Open) at least once. He also finished the years 2004 to 2007 and 2009 at the top of the world rankings, and the new 20-franc silver coin is available in a limited edition. With the silver Roger Federer - 20g coin, Swissmint is dedicating a Swiss commemorative coin to a living personality for the first time in its history.
