Good customer service looks different.
I ordered two pairs of Superga shoes from you, one in beige, one in grey. The grey shoes (delivered by Ochsner Sport) have such short shoe laces that I can't tie them, only 3 cm remain. I immediately sent you a complaint, but you still haven't responded. I then phoned Ochsner Sport and they directed me to the Ochsner online shop. They explained to me that they are not responsible for this problem.
I then called Galaxus support and they couldn't solve the problem either. Since you can't find shoe laces in this colour and length in shoe shops in Switzerland nowadays, I had to order them via ebay in Germany.This review was created for a different variant: 2750 Cotu Classic (40)
