The history of the Logobelt belt: Who does not know them, the fire hydrants, which are available in villages about every 100 meters for the supply of fire water. Each of these hydrants is registered and provided with an identification number on a sign. After 15-25 years, the hydrants are taken out of service and replaced by new ones.
In 2006, over a beer, 2 friends came up with the idea of using the sign of a retired roadside hydrant as a belt buckle. An old military belt was quickly at hand and so the first Streetbelt belt was put together. Friends and acquaintances noticed this special belt with the unique buckle and the demand skyrocketed. Thus, on April 1, 2008, the first company for belt production was founded. The belts were so popular that there were problems in obtaining old hydrant numbers. Out of this grievance the idea was born to create a new product and to use own creations instead of identification numbers. The Logobelt belt was born.
