Tactical Foodpack Tuna pasta

Creamy tomato and tuna pasta with herbs and a hint of cinnamon. Based on a recipe by Jamie Oliver. The energy content per portion is 500 kcal.

Ingredients:
Pasta (50%) (durum wheat flour, water), chopped tomatoes, tuna in oil (18%), fish stock, rapeseed oil, hard cheese, sugar, chilli, cinnamon, basil, pepper, salt. May contain traces of celery and mustard.

Consumption

In extreme conditions, it is good to know that all dishes are pre-cooked and 100% freeze-dried. This means that Tactical Foodpack products can also be consumed without adding water and can be nibbled dry, so to speak. In addition, the food will also be ready with cold water, it will just take a little longer. Nevertheless, we recommend always eating the food warm to get the right flavour experience.

Shelf life of 8 years for meals

Thanks to this special technology, Tactical Food can offer a minimum shelf life of 8 years. Even after this period, the food is perfectly edible because the environment created is 99.9% dry and unsuitable for bacteria.
