A sprout from a good lineage rarely comes alone. This sprout trio of lentils, radishes, and mustard seeds grows together in the sprouting jar. The soaking time is 4-6 hours, after which the sprouts should be rinsed about twice a day. After just 5 to 6 days, you will reap the fruits of your labor. Note: Occasionally, hard seeds may remain after sprouting.

Currently, instead of brown lentils, green lentils are partially used in our sprouting mixtures.
