so good? The mixture of wheat flour, rice flour and soya flour together with the sourdough starter keeps the dough very hydrated and light, making it very digestible and without added animal fats. Moreover, our Pinsa Romana is the only one with protected iodised salt, a special patented salt that preserves the iodine even at high temperatures. In addition, all our Italian Pinsa bases are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They are suitable for both savoury and sweet recipes and, because they are pre-baked, they are ready in just 5 minutes.
