Instructions for use
Ingredients to add: 1L of animal milk (for one dose of the sachet) Preparation time: 2 min Fermentation: 24H at room temperature (23°C) Instructions for use: Use perfectly clean utensils. Dissolve the ferment in 2 tablespoons of milk, then gradually pour in the full litre of milk. Pour into a sealable bottle. Close the bottle and leave to ferment for 24 hours at room temperature (23°C). As soon as it has set, chill. To enjoy by the glass, shake the bottle well to obtain a smooth drink. You can re-pot your milk kefir drink up to 5 times, subject to good conditions of hygiene and use.
