Sardines HABANÉRO from QUIBERONNAISE
The habanero pepper originates from Mexico. It is very hot, but goes perfectly with excellent sardines. Depending on how spicy you're used to eating them, they can have quite a bit of kick. However, as a spicy eater, I find them good and not necessarily insanely spicy. It is a very successful creation for those who like spicy food and currently the spiciest sardine in our range. The sardine tin was illustrated by Margerin.

The company was founded in 1921 by the grandparents of Bernard Jourdan and Thierry Jourdan. We continue to produce our products in the same way as we did then. Our preserves are prepared by hand, using only fresh fish.
Our employees carry on this tradition while working in a modern environment that strictly adheres to the latest European manufacturing standards. There is no comparison between the quality we offer and the entry-level canned products of the big industries that are machine-made and use frozen fish.
Canned sardines and tuna are a real delicacy when made with respect for traditional cooking, as we know how to do at LA QUIBERONNAISE. Like a great wine, ageing improves the taste. It takes about a year for the sardine or tuna to be properly impregnated with their quality oil. That way they are ready to be tasted. This is what we offer our customers and what we call " Millésime de l'Année ".
