The well-known and ubiquitous beer is characterized by the harmonious combination of malt and hops. The slightly bitter Kronenbourg owes its name to the historic district of Cronenbourg in Strasbourg,
where the brewery opened its doors at the beginning of the 19th century. Kronenbourg is produced with selected barley, which ensures consistent quality, pure Alsatian water and largely bitter hop varieties.
