Therefore, it is important to use the right beans from the right cocoa trees during production. However, they are very rare and grow in Ecuador, the Ivory Coast, and Brazil. In combination with the right fermentation, this chocolate color play is created. Our Ruby chocolate drops contain at least 47.3% cocoa and have a creamy and slightly melting texture.
