This Bristol Cream is a blend, blended from 30 different soleras of the sherry species Olorosos, Pedro Ximénez, Finos and Amontillados, all aged 3-20 years, using the solera process, which was founded
in 1880. Harveys Bristol Cream is a unique blend of sherries that combines the character and body of aged olorososos with the aroma and finesse of finos and amontillados.
The addition of premium Pedro Ximenez wine elegantly rounds off the sweetness. This Bristol Cream is deep golden in colour with a fragrant, rich aroma and full bouquet. The taste is full-bodied and mature with a soft and long lasting finish.
Harveys Bristol Cream is an excellent aperitif, especially recommended on ice with a slice of orange. Also goes well with fruit salad, almond or walnut ice cream, cheese, liver pâté.
