Dr Oetker sheet gelatine white is easy to portion and is particularly suitable for making cream cakes, creams, jellies and aspics, for example. One packet of white leaf gelatine is sufficient for 5 ml of liquid and corresponds to one packet of Dr Oetker ground white gelatine. Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water and squeeze out slightly. Dissolve the squeezed gelatine directly in the hot dish or separately in cold dishes.
