Appearance: light pink; Nose: aromas of raspberries, blackcurrants, and cherries; Palate: fresh and mineral, fine and balanced

Vinification
Valtenèsi Chiaretto 'Costellazioni' 2015 DOP is made from a blend of Groppello (50%), Barbera (45%), and Sangiovese (5%). With the first sip, I was transported to a holiday mood on the Côte d’Azur… sea, sun, vacation… The nose reveals the scent of freshly picked wildflowers, while the palate first notices the acidity, followed by the softness, all in perfect balance, and the finish tastes of red berries… enticing. It is certified as organic and vegan, with the grapes being washed before pressing. Dry extract 23.4 g/l, acidity 6.4 g/l.

Culinary Recommendation
Pairs well with aperitifs, pizza, fish risotto, Asian cuisine, sweet and sour dishes, and bouillabaisse.
