Bellussi Cuvée Prestige Brut VSQ Vino Spumante Brut

In spring 1993, the company Bellussi Spumanti was taken over by Paolo and Enrico Martellozzo. Father Paolo owned a company that produced table wines; he wanted to complete his career advancement as a winemaker in an important DOC area and chose the area around Valdobbiadene, the most important production center for sparkling wine from Veneto. Together with his son Enrico (third generation of Martellozzo's), he wanted to focus on quality and reviving a century-old story: the “bellussera”, a circumcision technique that is still used today in the Treviso region and which was even invented by a Bellussi.
