Bauckhof Organic Corn Flour is ground directly at the Bauckhof mill. Corn is naturally gluten-free and is milled not in the main mill, but in a separate gluten-free mill. Here, our master millers exclusively process gluten-free grains. After milling, each batch is analyzed in the mill laboratory to ensure certified gluten-free quality.

Organic corn flour is ideal for bread, cakes, and sweet or savory muffins. For this organic corn flour, we use corn from biodynamic farming, identifiable by the Demeter label on the package. This oldest and strictest form of organic farming respects the interconnections in nature. Humans, plants, animals, and the earth are interdependent and must be well-coordinated. A one-sided exploitation of the earth is therefore excluded. This was already important to the founders of the Bauckhof mill in 1969 and continues to shape our work today.
