Are there also larger approaches that can be purchased?
I am not aware of this, and it would probably not be possible with this design. On the contrary, I think that if the attachment were larger, handling would be more tedious, as the head always has to rest snugly enough for an impulse to be triggered. I have an active field of 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm. And I am fully satisfied. Sometimes even this dimension is rather too big and impractical in angled places.
