Suprasorb Liquacel Ag provides high vertical absorption and a stable structure thanks to the mix of sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) fibres and lyocell fibres.

The unique nanosilver technology is effective against biofilm and a broad spectrum of pathogens, e.g. MRSA, and has low cytoxicity. The CMC fibres promote effective exudate management and support autolytic debridement. Thanks to the stable structure, there is no shrinkage after gel formation and the dressing can be removed in one piece.
