The idea itself may be good, but it was implemented very poorly in terms of software.
Registration only worked through intervention from support.
What has to be done is explained far too little, you get no feedback on what is wrong, so the whole thing feels extremely random and frustrating. After 1 week, I haven't even made it through the intro programme, because you have to find out how to do it yourself through trial and error, instead of being given guidance.

I haven't used the CAP device for 100 days, but I have been training diligently with Silent Sleep Training. Last week I went to a lung specialist who checked me again for one night to see how the sleep apnea is going. Hear and be amazed!!!!! I don't need the CAP device anymore. The specialist confirmed that for me. I would never have believed it if I hadn't seen it myself. Also the snoring is almost gone. At the moment I snore, but I think it is because I have a cold. So people try it out, you have the right of return.

I would not have believed it! My partner is thrilled that I now snore much less, am about halfway through the training and notice an improvement myself.
Meanwhile, the product description of Galaxus has been adjusted so that it is clear that this product can only be used for one person (medical product) and therefore fits. With this, I can also adjust my rating. The product itself makes a good impression, the idea is mega great and I'm happy when I can actually make a difference. Currently still 4-stars, because I still have too little experience with the product. But with success, I will logically expand to 5 stars.
Bland aftertaste, but not related to the product: Galaxus should when selling medical products, make this clear from the start. And not only when the customer has to make Galaxus attentive. Simple and transparent.
