When it works, one of the best sonic toothbrushes. If not: expensive garbage, not repairable. Have now concluded a multi-year warranty, then it's something like a toothbrush subscription. Maybe Philips will finally learn to design the brushes in such a way that they last long enough. I also don't understand why there is such a difference in price between cheap and expensive devices, they are all broken after 14 months.

The toothbrush itself is good, but it is now defective for the second time after just a few months. The joint/motor is worn out, "bucks" and makes a hell of a noise without cleaning at all.

Top when it works, unfortunately the last one broke quickly (it didn't last a year) and I no longer had the receipt.

We have had SoniCare toothbrushes for several years and are very satisfied. Unfortunately, the gear on the head seems to break after about 2 years and is a design defect. We have had this effect with all our previous 4+ brushes.
