Cleaning performance top - Proprietary USB connection flop
Why, in the age of USB-C, there is still an urgent need to add a proprietary USB port to devices, which of course requires a special cable from the manufacturer, is beyond me.
It's a shame, because the cleaning performance of the device is really excellent.Pro

Why is there a USB-C port in the product video? Is the video for EU devices and Galaxus buys in China??? I also bought the device because, according to the video, it has a USB-C port so that I wouldn't have yet another identical charger lying around. I was disappointed because it's a Philips proprietary port. I will probably use the money-back guarantee.
PS: This is not an isolated case. Is it so difficult for Galaxus to check whether the data is all correct? Or are the returns simply cheaper? Well done to the environment, but it's great that you can offset the CO2 emissions of the new electronic waste you buy. I'm sure that'll make it go away immediately 🤦🏻♂️No USB-C
Contrary to the YouTube video in the picture series, there is no USB-C port (you can see the USB-C port at the end of the video). That was exactly my purchase criterion....
Feels like after the dental hygienist
Tip: Use it in the shower the first time. I got it all wet and splattered, but now I've got it under control. Great product goes faster and works like dental floss. The strand steps are great - everything feels really clean.
