My favourite
Have tried various magnesium bindings, this is my favourite so far. I seem to absorb it well, my stomach doesn't get irritated and I can take it in the evening without it negatively affecting sleep.
Unfortunately, availability in CH is very modest.Pro

Works great for me.
Consuming this for past 5 years. For sports people this compound of magnesium works nicely to relieve muscle soreness. I tried other supplements but I go back to this as it doesn’t lead to stomach stress.
I feel Swiss prices are ridiculous. Same product is available in Germany for less than half the price. I don’t understand the economics of it all but either Swiss companies should make a better product or not try to fleece the consumers.Pro
