The dynamic control (varies power and frequency based on back pressure) behaves completely absurdly. Resonances occur again and again and the device starts to "jump and hammer" on the body surface rather than massaging. This is unpleasant to the point of being painful and gradually you always "fear" that it will come back - there is no trace of relaxation. It is difficult to massage precisely and constantly as the regulation develops an unpredictable life of its own.
The battery life after a full charge is stated as 5.5 hours in the instructions for use. In reality, our device barely lasted an hour.

Does the job really well. I initially thought about the weight, but it turned out to be an advantage that it weighs a bit more than the smaller devices. When I place it on the muscle, I have to press less and therefore have less effort and vibration in my wrist. I think the attachments are good and sufficient. I can't yet judge the battery life, as I've only had 4-5 10-minute sessions so far (the device switches itself off) and still have the full display. I have no complaints so far! Not a single point of disappointment.

Handling must be practised to avoid injuries. An instruction video would be an advantage here.

Overall, super happy with the product and it really helped me get over some recent back problems. My extended family members already announced they will also buy one after only their first-time use. Everyone is able to find the right power level and component (hard/middle/soft) for their needs. But why the two power buttons? One is at the top (user interface for power and program settings), and the second is at the bottom as a master "kill switch". Everyone using it, including myself, turns the power off at the top (buttons used to set program and intensity level), but forgets about the master kill switch at the bottom when finishing the session. This results in the battery being drained when not in use, resulting in a long recharge ahead of next use. In my view this is an unnecessary functionality and perhaps a bit of a design flaw.
