Philips Series 5000
Hey, I also have the "problem" that I have to go over the same spot 2-3 times for a nice even shave. But I think that's normal, or rather I've had the same problem with all my shavers. What was it like with the Philips bt5270? As far as the redness is concerned, you really have to make sure that you don't press the attachments into the skin too much, as they are relatively angular in shape. I hope this helps you a bit ;)
Yes, that's it.

No, the Philips Series 5000 trimmer (model BT5515/15) is not designed to shave straight. It is mainly designed for trimming and cutting hair, including trimming beard and body hair, as well as cutting head hair with different comb attachments. However, it is possible to cut very short hair with the trimmer, but a smooth shave like with a razor is not possible.
Automatically generated from the .Blades do not need to be replaced. They are "self-sharpening"! Take a close look at the pictures, that's where it's written.
0.4 is without the attachment. i often shave my neck without the attachment and have never cut myself. however, it is advisable to stretch the skin/neck to be absolutely sure. it also happens that the skin is a little reddened if you are a little too rough with it. i would only shave the "soft" parts of the body with the attachment.
There are no spare parts for this model in Galaxus :(
The trimmer is quite loud. So if you compare it to the trimmer at the hairdresser's, it's worlds apart.
