Compex Sp 8.0
Hello, I have no idea, sorry
The Compex SP 8.0 is indeed wireless, giving you the freedom to use it without the constraints of cables. As far as the recovery mode is concerned, yes, Compex SP 8.0 has specific programmes for muscle recovery. It includes various programmes designed to optimise recovery, prevent injury and treat pain, making recovery one of its key features.

Hello, The lifespan of the electrodes depends on several factors: Location on the body, type of skin, type of programme used (very soft which does not move much, or stronger, with more pronounced shaking), size of the electrodes, .... I would say that the electrodes hold up well for about 20 - 25 minute cycles. After that, they start to come off and you have to change them. Unless you place them in a place (elbow or knee) where you can use a sleeve, which allows you to use them even longer. Such a sleeve is available from Galaxus Compex Haltebänder für Wireless, 4 Stk. But I think you can use any type of sleeve that holds the electrodes well in place. There are also "generic" electrodes that are cheaper than the original Compex ones (on Amazon for example), but I haven't tried them yet.
It tends to be yes, but the glue will probably wear off more quickly (I have experienced this before with another device). I have been using the large Compex electrodes with a dot for about a year (always with the electrode gel; not included). I have also tested no-name electrodes, but the adhesive wears off much faster.
You only have to connect the device to www.compexwireless.com and synchronise it. The firmware will then be downloaded automatically. The process takes about one minute.
