The cuff of the Beurer BM 27 arm blood pressure monitor can be changed. There are universal replacement cuffs compatible with this model, specifically designed for BM 27 and BM 28 devices, available as separate accessories. However, the manufacturer does not indicate the availability of official accessories directly included with the device, but compatible replacement cuffs can be purchased from authorised dealers.

The blood pressure monitor uses four 1.5 V AA batteries (type LR6). These batteries are alkaline and not rechargeable.
