The Push Ortho CMC Thumb Orthosis stabilizes the saddle joint of the thumb (CMC) and positions the thumb in a functional position. The hand can still grasp, alleviating symptoms such as pain and loss of strength. The material and the rounded edges of the orthosis ensure optimal wearing comfort. Thanks to the practical fastening system, the orthosis can be easily applied by oneself. The product, made of washable plastic, can be worn in water and is easy to dry.

Stabilization of the Thumb Saddle Joint

Despite minimal intervention, the thumb orthosis provides maximum stability to the thumb saddle joint. A rigid splint encircling the joint ensures a secure hold. Two straps running around the palm fix the orthosis in its position.

The orthosis stabilizes the thumb saddle joint and positions the thumb in a functional position, creating what is known as the "thumb arch."
