The Push Aequi is an effective ankle brace that strikes a balance between strong mechanical support for the unstable ankle and wearing comfort. The rigid reinforcement is located exclusively on the medial side (inner side) of the ankle and features a cutout for the malleolus. The lateral side is made of comfortable foam that perfectly adapts to individual anatomy. The reinforcement part is designed so that the core is very rigid while the edges are flexible, positively affecting the fit and wearing comfort. The brace is secured with a diagonal strap. The elastic bands create pressure around the ankle joint.

The Push Aequi can be used for the functional treatment of ankle injuries and for long-term care in cases of chronic instability. The inversion/eversion movement (rolling of the foot) is effectively restricted, while there is enough room for plantar/dorsiflexion (bending and stretching), ensuring that the normal movement pattern of the foot while walking is not impaired. The numbering indicated on the straps simplifies the application of the brace. The Push Aequi is worn over a sock. Optimal stabilization is achieved when the brace is worn in a closed (lace-up) shoe.
