Olimp L-Carnitine Powder is particularly suitable for individuals looking to optimize their fat metabolism. It transports fatty acids to their place of combustion, making it the ideal supplement for your endurance training. It consists of the naturally occurring compound L-Carnitine.

  • 2240 mg L-Carnitine L-Tartrate
  • 1500 mg L-Carnitine
  • 59 mg Magnesium (15%)
  • Vitamin B6 0.7 mg (50%)

L-Carnitine is needed in the cells to transport fatty acids into the mitochondria (the powerhouses of the cells), where the fatty acids are broken down for energy production. L-Carnitine is then transported back and can be used for further transport processes. Increased fat burning and slightly improved performance can be achieved with Olimp L-Carnitine Powder. With increased fat burning, glycogen may be spared during the initial phase of exertion. Some studies have shown that L-Carnitine may have certain antioxidant properties or can reduce cellular damage and muscle soreness after overexertion.

Recommended use:
1 serving daily before training. Dissolve 1 serving (3 g powder = 1 scoop) in 150 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation.
