Mepilex Lite

The Mepilex Lite foam dressing has been specially developed for the treatment of low exuding acute and chronic wounds. The thin foam dressing is soft and conformable so that it can be easily applied to areas of the body that are difficult to dress. It can also be easily cut to the desired size. It features Safetac - the original contact layer with silicone adhesion that minimises pain when changing dressings. The dressing lies gently on the skin without sticking to the moist wound - so you can easily remove it without damaging the skin. This makes dressing changes less painful for your patients. The edges of the wound are also sealed to protect the skin from damaging leaks and maceration.
