Luca Gritti’s vision of a modern oud fragrance is inspired by the freshness of the night in the desert, its dry air, and the contrast between warm sand and a cold blue shade of the sky. For Noctem Arabs, the perfumer enriched the natural smell of agarwood with shades of tobacco leaves, cedar, and myrrh. Altogether, it is an almost transparent, cool composition, where oud, although present, is perceived lighter and fresher.
